If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To ensure a smooth resolution, we request you to share clear photos or videos of the issue along with your order details. Our team will promptly review your request and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Due to the highly perishable nature of seafood and meat products, we do not accept returns once the delivery has been completed, unless the issue falls under the categories mentioned above.
